USFA On-Duty Death: Indiana

The United States Fire Administration has announced the death of Firefighter/EMT Scott Adams, 46, of the Milton-Washington Township Fire Department on 25 April 2025.

At approximately 5:30 p.m. on April 24, 2025, Firefighter/EMT Scott Adams responded to an emergency call for a motor vehicle accident. Afterwards, Firefighter/EMT Adams returned home. The following day, Firefighter/EMT Adams was found unresponsive at his home and pronounced deceased at 12:49 p.m. The cause of death has yet to be determined.
