The United States Fire Administration has announced the death of Firefighter/EMT-I Jacob Scott Kincaid, 37, of Richlands Fire-Rescue on 3 February 2025.

On Monday, February 3, 2025, Firefighter/EMT-I Jacob Scott Kincaid had just completed a mandatory paramedic class clinical. While on his way home, he was involved in a single motor vehicle accident and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
