EARLIER: Mass. Firefighter Suffers Cardiac Arrest During Response
The United States Fire Administration has announced the death of Firefighter Jeffrey W. Albanese, 48, of the Brockton Fire Department on 21 December 2024.
On Monday, December 9, 2024, Firefighter Jeffrey W. Albanese was responding to a still alarm when he suffered a cardiovascular event. He was immediately transported to Signature Brockton Hospital. He was later transferred to Beth Israel Deaconess in Boston where he passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024.
