The United States Fire Administration has announced the death of Firefighter Terry Lee Cassidy, 64, of the Sparta Township Fire Department on 26 May 2022.
On Monday, May 23, 2022, Firefighter Terry Lee Cassidy responded to a medical emergency at a residence. While assisting at the scene, Firefighter Cassidy started experiencing symptoms of a heart attack. He was immediately transported to the local hospital where he remained until his passing on Thursday, May 26, 2022.
