Houston Firefighter Burned after Falling Through Roof at Apartment Fire

HOUSTON – A Houston firefighter has been hospitalized after falling through a roof during an apartment fire on Saturday, according to a statement by the firefighters’ union.

The Houston Professional Fire Fighters Association posted to Facebook and Twitter that a firefighter fell through the roof during a two-alarm apartment fire.

The unidentified firefighter was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital with second and third-degree burns. He was last listed in stable condition.

KHOU posted bystander video of the fire. No other details were released.
