The United States Fire Administration has announced the death of Captain Walker L. Hill, 48, of the Baton Rouge Fire Department on 17 December 2022.
On Thursday, Dec. 15, 2022, while on-duty, Captain Walker L. Hill suffered a medical emergency. He was immediately treated and then transported to Our Lady of the Lake Hospital with a suspected Cerebrovascular Accident. He passed away on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2022.
