USFA On-Duty Death: Delaware

The United States Fire Administration has announced the death of Chief John M. Pridemore, 54, of the Clayton Fire Company on 8 March 2022.

On Monday, March 7, 2022, Chief John M. Pridemore was conducting station clean up duties when he was injured in a 25 foot fall. He was immediately rushed to the Christiana Hospital where he passed away from his injuries on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
