EMMITSBURG, Maryland – The United States Fire Administration has announced the death of Engine Boss Layla Bradley, 29, of Dragon Firefighters, Inc. on 11 October 2021.
While deployed to a fire in the Inyo National Forest in California, Engine Boss Layla Bradley was found unresponsive at the fire station. CPR was immediately performed but she was unable to be revived. Investigation into the cause of Engine Boss Bradley’s death is ongoing.
