EMMITSBURG, Maryland – The United States Fire Administration has announced the death of Firefighter/Paramedic Frank D. Duff, Jr., 66, of the Columbus Division of Fire on 19 September 2021.
While on duty, Firefighter/Paramedic Frank D. Duff, Jr., contracted COVID-19. He passed away from the virus on Sept. 19, 2021.
