EMMITSBURG, Maryland – The United States Fire Administration has announced the death of Technician Jeffrey J. Billingsley, 42, of the Denver Fire Department on 20 September 2021.
On Sept. 20, 2021, at approximately 3:30 p.m., Technician Jeffrey Billingsley suffered an apparent cardiac arrest while on duty. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital for treatment by emergency room staff, but he did not regain consciousness and was pronounced deceased at approximately 4:00 p.m.
