EMMITSBURG, Maryland – The United States Fire Administration has announced the death of Firefighter/EMT William Stalls, 68, of the Oak City Fire and Rescue Department on August 15, 2021.
While on-duty at the fire department, Firefighter/EMT William Stalls contracted COVID-19. He passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021 from the virus.
